Freshman class officers will be announced after the elections that begin Monday, November 2.
What does each role do?
- President: prepares meeting agendas, presides over council meetings, and represents the student body at community functions
- Vice President: helps prepare agendas and run meetings, and fills in for the president when needed
- Secretary: keeps, publishes, and maintains the minutes of every council meeting
- Treasurer: keeps accurate budgets of student body income and spending, and helps prepare the annual budget
- Class officers and representatives: bring student ideas and concerns to the council, report back to the students they represent, and help with events
